He has extensive experience in performance management systems, operational excellence, sales and marketing, competency analysis, communication strategies, coaching and counseling. 

As a former regional practice leader and national sales director, Bob has been responsible for driving millions of dollars in revenue to a big 6 consulting practice, and a multitude of self storage clients.  Bob has written for several publications including most recently EzineArticles, Mini Messenger and Inside Self Storage.
